Reduction of the Working Week\
PCS(AFC)2024/2 – Reduction in the working week for Agenda for Change staff in NHS Scotland
PCS(AFC)2025/8 – Reduction in the working week for Agenda for Change staff in NHS Scotland
Part-time staff will have their hours reduced on a pro-rata basis.  In order to assist managers and staff, a spreadsheet has been prepared which details what this means in terms of working time at each stage in the process from a 37.5 hour week to a 37 hour week and finally to a 36 hour week, as from 1 April 2026.  It can be found HERE.
(Note: the spreadsheet contains two tabs.  The first tab contains an “Abridged” version of the table which covers the most common likely working hours.  The second tab is a full version which covers all possible configurations of hours.)
Confirmation of holiday entitlement as the working week reduces can be found HERE.
