This toolkit is designed to help you work in partnership to create organisational awareness of the opportunities and challenges associated with an ageing workforce. The toolkit was developed by the UK Working Longer Group, which found that awareness of Working Longer issues varied markedly in different organisations across the UK. Following the steps one by one within the toolkit will help you to make sure that your organisation is prepared. The toolkit on this site has been adapted, where necessary, to address the Scottish context.
