Raise awareness of an ageing workforce with age profiling

Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust (DGT) established its local working longer group to follow the work of the UK NHS Working Longer Group and the products published by the task and finish groups.

This case study shows how DGT has begun to raise awareness of an ageing workforce through age profiling and a trust specific infographic.  The trust plans to use the resources in the age awareness toolkit to assess organisational readiness and raise awareness with its senior team.  There are also tips on how you can raise awareness in your own organisation.
