| Annex O | A Working Group was formed with a view to consider whether a national approach on four of the issues currently noted under Annex O of the Agenda for Change Handbook as being for local determination should be taken forward. These are: Arrangements for Carry Over of Annual Leave, Removal Expenses and Associated Provisions, Reimbursement of Telephone Expenses and Minimum Period of Notice. Meetings have already taken place and discussions around any guidance to be issues are ongoing. |
| On-Call | Following the UK Staff Councils agreement on a framework for local negotiation of Agenda for Change on-call arrangements, a Working Group has been set up by STAC to discuss a unified approach for NHS Scotland. Meetings have already started taking place and it is hoped a remit will be agreed soon. |
